AXA Assistance receives high volume of daily emergency calls and it is being assigned to Engineers who are registered with different Post Code. This App enables engineer to view all the enquiries for various services including Gas, Electrical, Drainage, Pest control, Roofing, General emergency building, Glazing, Locksmiths, etc added by the AXA Assistance Call Centre Team.
Objectives
Engineer will view the daily enquiry and start to accept them.
Then they can start managing the accepted enquiry by calling Client, specify ETA’s, visit the site, check all information, take photos or videos, provide fixes, update status regularly and complete the task with the outcome.
All the information is being added by the App to give AXA Assistance Call Centre Team quick access to information.
Study the analysis document and devise the most appropriate approach to be followed to strategically attend the requirements.
Setup the project infrastructure and architecture basis the inputs provided by the client
Ensure highest coding & security standards as project has been regularly checked by the 3rd Party Audit Team based on OWASP standards.
App can run both in online and offline mode.
Provide the support and regular enhancements for the App.
